Joshua Tree Climbing and Backpacking January 13-15, 2018

Our first outdoor adventure of 2018 will be in the magnificent Joshua Tree National Park, only a two hour drive from Irvine.  This outing will provide Scouts with the opportunity to earn the Climbing Merit badge, and also go on an overnight backpacking trip in the desert and earn the Boy Scout Trail HAT award!  The backpacking overnight will also be optional provided we can line up enough adult leaders to stay back at camp while others backpack.

More details regarding cost and time for climbing will be available soon.  Our group campsite holds 20 and we need to get a headcount as soon as possible so please sign up ASAP using the Google spreadsheet we will email to you all.  We will also send around payment info and a payment link if you want to pay online once we have headcount and costs details finalized.
